All of our ingredients are 100% natural and straight from the Earth. All dishes are created from scratch from raw or LIVE fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, herbs, and spices.

It has been proven that foods prepared without cooking can be superior to cooked foods in terms of nutritional value and the ability to detox and renew the cells of the body.

Master Chef Earl King has conducted Live food workshops and training as well as consultations with individuals to create health and wellness for 30 years. He has trained and been certified with some of the top Live Food Culinary Programs in the world and is a Certified Kemetic Yoga Instructor. Earl became interested in Live or Raw Foods when he was confronted with his own personal health challenges that he was able to overcome by adopting a Live Food Diet and developing his Hope on a Plate Program to inspire others.
